A lifestyle space for
calm, clarity, and creativity.

Life doesn’t always feel balanced.

There are seasons when we are tired, overstimulated, and juggling more than we ever expected. Motherhood, careers, hormones, identity shifts, technology, healing, and the quiet pressure to “be more.”

Start with a reset check-in

Take the Life Reset Quiz and get a snapshot of where you are right now.

Centering My Chi

Here, I share reflections, creative inspiration, and honest conversations about figuring out how to have a balanced life. When you are here, I want you to feel like you can chill out with a girlfriend and talk about life’s goals. This space is about finding peace in the middle of real life, not after everything is perfect.

Life, Simplified

I’ll provide thoughtful ideas and real-life tips that help you feel more organized and confident in your money, your home, and your day-to-day life.

Creative Self-Expression

As I do more self-reflecting, I will share journals, prompts, and visuals to help you express yourself and feel inspired.

Intentional Products

I’ll share tools that support your daily life with clarity without adding clutter. I’ll also highlight useful products that I truly love.

Allow Me to (Re)introduce Myself

Balancing screens, schedules, and sanity.

My name is Chelseá. Some people call me Che, Chi, Chels, and a few other nicknames. Just to keep it simple, you can call me Che.

I created Centering My Chi (CMC) during a season when life felt scattered and I needed a place to slow down, reconnect, and create with intention. That’s how CMC was born. My hope is that this space gives you that same sense of calm and clarity too.

A few things about me

• I am learning how to balance motherhood, creativity, and rest without constantly feeling behind.
• I am in menopause and learning how to navigate the body changes, brain fog, emotions, and energy shifts that come with it.

• I have started and stopped a lot of projects, and I am still figuring out what consistency really looks like.
• I love to travel because it reminds me there are many ways to live and move through life.
*Bonus Fact: I love drinking hot water.
